China Banking Regulatory Commission - Interim Measures on Administration of the Business Activities of Peer-to-Peer Lending Information Intermediaries

The China Banking Regulatory's Commission's Interim Measures on Administration of the Business Activities of Peer-to-Peer Lending Information Intermediaries is enacted in order to regulate the peer-to-peer (“P2P”) lending business activities to protect the lender, the borrower, P2P lending information intermediaries and the legitimate interests of the relevant parties. The measures also seek to promote the healthy development of the P2P lending industry, and better meet the small and micro enterprises and individual investment and financing needs. The measures are divided into several chapters, and cover the following topics:

2. Business Rules and Risk Management
3. Lender and Borrower Protection
4. Information Disclosure
5. Supervision and Management
6. Liability
