The National Council of Credit of Cameroon's Decision No. 127 sets forth the publication and dissemination requirements of credit institutions' terms and conditions of services. Specifically, credit institutions are obliged to publish, on a semi-annual basis and immediately after any change, an advertisement through the press and permanent mail by posting in their various agencies, branches and websites, their bank conditions applicable to the customer, in particular: the rates applicable to customer transactions, obligatory levies for the benefit of the State or public institutions, the commissions collected by the credit institution, the fees and commissions levied on insurance services, and fees for various other services.
