Central Bank of the Philippines - Circular No. 929 - Conversion of Micro Finance Oriented Thrift/Rural Banks/Branches

The Central Bank of the Philippines' (BSP) Circular No. 929 permits the conversion of micro finance (MF) oriented thrift banks (TBs) and rural banks (RBs) to regular TBs and RBs as well as the conversion of their micro finance oriented branches to regular branches.
