Instructions for Conducting Banks’ Activities via Electronic Means Circular No. (8/2001)


The Central Bank of Jordan, maintaining the soundness of the e-banking system and protecting the security of its own system, regulates its electronic means of payment and reviews its systems, equipment and payment networks.

These instructions set provisions to identify all entities responsible for due payment, and raise awareness of best practices.
