Internal Regulations for the National Insurance and Securities Commission


The regulations establish the structure, organization and operation of the National Commission of Insurance and Securities,a body administered by the Internal Revenue Secretariat. It also details the characteristics and responsibilities of this organization. 

The Commission will have the following administrative offices: the Government Council, the Presidency, and the regional delegations. The general managers of each office will enjoy broad executive powers; they will be able to  manage all issues falling under the scope of their respective areas as long as they follow the established budgetary and legal guidelines. These regulations discuss the duties and responsibilities of the President, Vicepresident and General Directors in detail.
