Mobile Payment Service Instructions of 2013

These instructions detail the conditions and regulations enforced upon all members of Jordan's National Switch, the electronic system operated and regulated by the Central Bank. The National Switch is a system where the banks and companies are registered to exchange financial services. This regulation asks all its members to provide documentation on its legal and financial status, such as authorized capital, anti-money laundering (AML) policy, and data protection policy. It details the responsibilities which services providers should fulfill, and all regulatory mechanisms they should subscribe to.
