National Bank of Rwanda - Regulation No. 06/2010 - Relating to the Oversight of Payment Systems and the Activities of Payment Service Providers


The National Bank of Rwanda's Regulation No. 06/2010 sets forth the rules governing the oversight by the Bank of the activities of payment service providers and the payment system in the country. Specifically, the regulation outlines the duties, functions and powers of the Bank to govern over the system and providers, as well as the obligations of these these entities, in order to ensure a safe, stable, and expanding financial sector in the country.
