National Bank of Rwanda - Regulation No. 12/2011 - Consolidated Supervision


The National Bank of Rwanda's Regulation No. 12/2011 aims to facilitate the assessment of banks’ external risks, such as a financial risk on intra-group lending and a reputational risk due to losses or other problems elsewhere in the group.
