Parliament of Morocco - Law No. 76-03 - On the Status of Bank Al-Maghrib

The Parliament of Morocco's Law No. 76-03 repeals Law No. 1-59-233 Creating Bank Al-Maghrib, and aims to strengthen the autonomy of the Bank in the conduct of monetary policy, as well as the protection of customers of credit institutions, and provides a legal basis for the central bank's mission of monitoring and securing the systems and means of payment. The law is divided into several chapters, and covers the following topics:
